Carly is a skilled executive coach with an international background. Since 1998, she has coached a wide range of executives, managers, and influential employees. She works with highly skilled, technically proficient employees who need to tap into stronger people and communication skills. She helps her clients understand their mindset and personal impact, and how their way of thinking and behaviors affect others, and business results.
Carly is experienced in coaching that focuses on the need for enhanced executive presence. She successfully garners results such as increased credibility and trust, stronger working relationships, conflict resolution skills and dealing with internal issues.
Carly attained the highest credential in the coaching profession of Master Certified Coach (MCC) in 2004.
In 2006, she was selected to train and personally coach 450 managers and high potential Individual Contributors in Google, Inc. on upgrading their ability to effectively communicate with fellow technical professionals, whether they are peers, superiors, or direct reports. Carly’s experience is in many industries including healthcare (medical devices), banking, financial services, transportation and construction services, technical and management services, project management, web technology, and online games (MMORPG). She has worked with companies such as AECOM, Blizzard Entertainment, Crowe Horwath, GE Healthcare, and Google.
Before establishing her own coaching business in 1998, she was the co-founder of a corporate communications consulting company in Sydney, Australia.
Carly is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentialing Review Committee, which evaluates candidates and certifies professional coaches on a global basis. She is considered an expert on the ICF Core Competencies, and has created an audio/visual product to help coaches increase their coaching skills called, “The Target Approach: Demystifying the ICF Core Competencies.” She leads a Mentor Coaching Group for seasoned coaches to increase their coaching skills and prepare for their credential application.
Carly is a sport enthusiast having played professional sports continuously from ages 8 to 27 years. She continues to be fascinated by high performing athletes and sports coaches, and correlates their mindset and behavioral habits to success as leaders and team players.
